Team Strategy Tips
Select Balanced Teams
Include a mix of:
- 3–5 batsmen (preferring top order and finishers)
- 1–2 wicketkeepers
- 1–4 all‑rounders (preferable dual-discipline points)
- 3–5 bowlers (death overs specialists and wicket-takers)
Captain & VC Strategy
- Choose a safe anchor (e.g. Uthappa, Bell) as Captain.
- Pick an all-rounder with big potential (e.g. Malik, Yuvraj) as Vice-Captain.
Rotation & Venue Considerations
- Edgbaston often yields bounce-friendly conditions—fast bowlers like Wahab Riaz, Brett Lee, or Morris can thrive.
- Pressure-heavy venues like Grace Road and Headingley favor finishers like AB de Villiers and Gayle.
- Check team match-ups: Pakistan‑India, England‑Australia, India‑West Indies tend to generate high-scoring contests—favor power hitters and wicket-takers accordingly.
